I love that feeling you get when you don’t remember that you’re reading. When you’re so captured by a book that you forget you’re reading the words. All you see is the descriptions and conversations that being to play out like a movie in your head. You don’t even think about it. Then before you know it, you’ve read 100 pages without realizing it. That’s probably the best feeling in the world.
If I’m not confusing things again, it was @ladybookmad who came up with this community’s awesome name. But could we also agree on a sign/a badge/some symbol? One that I could print out and put in a pin? Maybe someone would like to organize a contest for ideas? And it would be made possible for the winner to order a T-Shirt, or a mug, with their design???
I love this idea, Scarlet! I’m actually already sketching some ideas. Due to my clumsiness, my computer is no longer with us (RIP, baby!) so I have to wait a bit to get some digital drafts up. But I shall!
Ok but what if we made the two O’s an open book? That would be cool as heck. Id work on it right now but I’m on mobile :/

I did consider using a graphic element, but ultimately I wanted something that coordinated with the tumblr logo as closely as possible. I also wanted something that could be used on pretty much anything and it would work. So it could be used over graphics or photos or whatever and still just be a simple nod to our wonderful little community. Like so.
And Scarlet, I think you picked very nice fonts and images for your drafts! I like the bottom one the best. :)
